DELKAYO ANIME MOTION is an AI-powered animation web application. Users upload artwork, images, and prompts to generate stylized animated video clips. Outputs are generated using third-party AI providers and may vary in quality, style, and accuracy.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age in your jurisdiction, to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Credits and Payments
DELKAYO ANIME MOTION uses a digital credit system. Credits are purchased through Stripe as one-time payments. Credits are consumed when AI generation jobs are submitted and processed. All purchases are final except where required by law or covered by our Refund Policy.
5. Content and Ownership
You retain ownership of any artwork or images you upload. DELKAYO ANIME MOTION does not claim ownership of your uploaded content. You grant us a limited license to process your uploads solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use DELKAYO ANIME MOTION to generate unlawful, harmful, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
7. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated outputs may differ from your prompt or reference image. We do not guarantee that any generation will exactly match your request, be error-free, or be suitable for your intended purpose. Use outputs at your own discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DELKAYO ANIME MOTION and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 90 days preceding the claim.
9. Modifications and Termination
We may modify these terms or discontinue the service at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where DELKAYO ANIME MOTION is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
